Korean BBQ Chicken & Rice

I’ve had a few cracks over the years with different meal prep companies. AS work in the city I find them to be extremely convenient fresh tasting cracka meals and healthy you can’t beat keep up the great work

Took a chance on the guys at Performance Plates when I heard about them through Airlocker @ Erina

And what can I say, the GAIN meals have been sensational - very tasty & fit the macros perfectly.

The team even went above & beyond, they knocked me up some protein smooth blends & soups as I ended up breaking my jaw & couldn't eat the meals (the wife was happy as more meals for her ha)

Delivered fresh but you can freeze and reheat. The taste and variety is great.
